Nothing says “gateway to horror” quite like picking up a Goosebumps book at the Scholastic Book Fair. It’s like a rite of passage. But then again, so is putting out a lackluster sequel to a successful film. Let’s see if this 2nd serving is slap-handed, or if Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is not that bad.
