In the 90’s, Tomb Raider made waves in the video game world. Posters of Lara Croft adorned the walls of many a teenage boy…and it wasn’t for the gameplay. Naturally, Hollywood can’t say no to an obvious cash cow, and what better way to do that than cast someone known for wearing their lover’s blood around their neck. Odd? Maybe, but so is real life. When it comes to the movies, though, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is not that bad.
